Hello, I’m Athena — a Certified Christian life coach, minister, and student of faith. I founded Preparing His Bride to walk alongside women who are ready to grow into the fullness of who God has called them to be.
My own journey through seasons of struggle and transformation showed me that lasting change doesn’t just come from more discipline — it flows from the soul. When our internal life is transformed, the practical follows.
